Our environmental staff has a wide range of experience serving industry both domestically and internationally. We track development in regulation and technology, and we help our clients stay current on topical issues such as the anticipated programs of the new administration, the DEP’s position on disposal of frac water from Marcellus shale drilling and other regulatory questions.
